The entrance displays the grand staircase and welcomes you to an open living area with chandelier cascading, an original marble fireplace, and the perfect reading space looking out the bay window with moss draped trees and azaleas.
French doors lead to a large balcony overlooking the courtyard with private brick walls and soothing water feature. The in-ground hot tub beckons you.
The formal dining room is graced by a beautiful chandelier with seating for 10 people at the ornate dining table. An original marble fireplace is an added feature.
The gourmet kitchen offers a beautiful space with commercial grade gas stove and designer cabinetry.
An added breakfast table is off the kitchen offering even more seating for 6 people.
A half bath is located off the hallway with intricate vanity.
Taking the amazing staircase to the second floor you’ll find the master bedroom with king bed and all the finest luxuries in bedding. Large LCD TV with DVD player, a master bath with Jacuzzi claw foot tub and separate luxurious shower. An office space is added with queen sleeper sofa for extra accommodations. The French doors open onto the large open balcony overlooking the lush courtyard.
