Jones Street is one of the cities old Savannah bricked streets lined with ornamental trees and amazing historic homes. The gas lamp lighting the front door at “One Nineteen Jones” will step you back in time.
This treasure offers accommodations in a historic setting with original exterior stucco, hardwood floors, staircase, moldings and all the luxuries of a newly renovated home.
The large living area has comfortable seating, a large LCD TV with DVD player, and a gas fireplace.
Open to the living area is the kitchen and dining room, a great layout for entertaining guests.
The kitchen has all updated appliances, a wine cooler, recycled concrete countertops, and a water filtering system which is throughout the home as well. The dining area is well appointed with a bar area and a gas fireplace.
A sunroom is just off the kitchen/dining room with a luxury bath. A queen sleeper sofa is available for added guests.
The grand staircase takes you to the 2nd floor master suite. A large open area with fine king bedding, a large LCD TV with DVD player and a private spa bath.
The 3rd floor offers an amazing accommodation with 2 queen beds with fine bedding and a queen sleeper sofa for children. This guest bedroom offers a wonderful space for families needing more than just sleeping quarters.
