Cancellation Policy

If a guest cancels a reservation at least 30 days before arrival date, there will be a $100 cancellation fee retained from the original deposit. If a guest cancels a reservation 29-14 days before arrival date, there will be a $200 cancellation fee retained from the original deposit. If a guest cancels a reservation 13 days or less before arrival date, the entire deposit totaling half the rental cost will be retained. To avoid a cancellation fee, a guest may move their dates adjusting the fee according to season. Dates may only be moved once and must be within 6 months of original reservation.

Pet Policy

A $200 refundable pet deposit per pet is held on the credit card used to make the reservation. Property must be left in the same condition it was found at check-in. Poop scooping is a must and is strictly enforced. Property must be free of poop or deposit will be retained. If pet causes damages exceeding $200 pet deposit, guest approves total damage cost to be charged on the credit card making the reservation.
$75 non-refundable pet clean fee per pet is added for dander removal in properties.

Pet Friendly Property Definition

DOGS ONLY. Sorry no cats or birds allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or beds and are preferred to be crated during your stay. Pet Friendly Property does not mean the property yard or courtyard is secure for the guests pet. Guests are responsible for their pet at all times during their stay.
If guest brings a pet to a property which is not pet friendly or does not disclose they have a pet in a pet friendly property, they will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Reservation Requirements

Guest making a reservation must be at least 25 years of age or older. Guest signing the rental agreement must be a tenant of the property and takes full responsibility for their guests and their actions during the time of stay.

Reservations require half the rental cost as a deposit paid by credit card. The other half is due 7-10 business days prior to arrival and will be charged on credit card making the reservation unless prior arrangements are made and approved by Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals.

Housekeeping Policy

Guest must leave the property in the same condition as it was rented, needing only laundry washed and basic cleaning procedures such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms.
Guest must wash all dishes and take out the trash to the proper facilities.
If Housekeeping Policy is not followed, guest credit card will be charged accordingly.

Check In Procedure

Check in time is at 3:00pm. Earlier check in may result in extra charges unless pre-approved by Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals. Reservation must be paid in full in order to check in.
Guest must report any damages or broken items at check in to Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals in order not to incur damage fees at check out.

Check Out Procedure

Check out time is 11:00am. Guest must vacate property by 11:00am or extra charges may apply. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 11:00am. Housekeeping Procedures must be followed by guest.

Visitor Procedure

Functions may not be held in property unless prior approval is requested and approved by Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals. If function is held in property without prior approval, guest will be asked to vacate property immediately forfeiting entire rental cost.

Noise Restriction

Courtyards, porches and yard areas must be vacated by 11:00pm respecting neighbors and residents of Savannah’s historic district. Our many wonderful restaurant and entertainment establishments would love to have you!

Smoking

Absolutely NO SMOKING in any of our properties. If we find that a guest has smoked inside the property, there will be EXTREME FINES set by Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals based on the severity of damage. Please use the exterior of the home or our beautiful parks and squares for smoking purposes. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly. Fines will be enforced for improper disposal.

Rate and Policy Changes

Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals reserves the right to change policies and rates.
