The master bedroom offers a Queen bed with fine bedding, and LCD TV, and a exposed brick wall adding to that southern charm.

The guest bedroom offers a day bed and a desk with wifi.

A full bath with tub shower combination is off the hallway.

There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for added guests.

The tranquil courtyard with large water feature connects the apartment and the carriage house.  The two story carriage house has a small living space with a large bay window looking out into the courtyard with fully furnished kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms with 1 bath upstairs.
